How to sculpt a woman's head

After being told, the hairstyle would be too messy and actually making her older, I made some tiny changes to her hairstyle and make-up. I added ridiculous long lashes, but I'm sooooo unspeakable happy that I managed to glue them on ;))
Now she hopefully does not look like an old lady, does she?
